Bioderma Sebium Skincare Review.

Honest review.

This package arrived few days back and I kept bioderma on hold for the review as I wanted to try out the products myself before reccomending it to my followers.

The package included a

Gel Moussant:

This cleansing foaming gel is a combination of formula that is perfect for normal/oily skin type. This has now become part of my morning beauty regime where previously I had an issue with my skin becoming all oily especially onto my T zone area/This product really reduce sebum, soothes and perfectly cleanses and does not dries out the skin. And most importantly it purifies and regulates seborrhea.

Purifying Cleansing Micelle Solution:

This product is a must buy for all the makeup fanatics out there, packed in a small bottle is this wonder solution that magically wipes all the grime and  dirt from the face leaving behind a clean and clear skin.Have not had a satisfactory experience with Garniers "Micelle Water" but this product is definitely going to be a part of my repurchase items.

Pore Minimizer:

Although I do not have large pores, but if a pea-sized portion of this corrective care pore refiner is applied prior to  makeup then it really helps minimize the pores, keeps the oil at bay and creates a smooth canvas for makeup application.

"Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant" An Absolute must have product in your skin care regime.

A long awaited review is finally up on one of my fave products by "Dermalogica" ie  one of Americas cult fave skincare brand.
Dermalogica "Daily Microfoliant" is truely a unique rice based enzyme powder that sloughs off dead skin cells  and instantly brighten up and smoothens the skin.
The grainy white powder activates upon contact with water and the active ingredients like papain, salicylic acid and rice powder accelerate the skin renewal process. It does not have artificial colorants or fragrances which in my opinion is the best thing a skincare product can have.I simply vouch for this product as one can see a noticeable effect after just one time use.Although the product is towards a bit pricey end but this holy grail product is worth each penny.
It comes in two sizes.A travel size(0.5oz) and a full size (2.6oz) bottles which retails at $10 and &55 respectively.

Beauty Blender:Is it really worth all the "Hype"?

You could apply the most expensive makeup in the world, but if you're not applying it right you will never get that smooth, flawless and desired results. "Beauty Blender" a revolutionary makeup sponge slash applicator has become a cult favourite and a staple in every makeup bag. BB a seven time award winner of the annual "Best of Beauty Awards" is no ordinary sponge .Every other person is raving about this egg shaped tool but since I don't wear a foundation and stick to solid concealers, I never felt like I had any use for this thing. But oh boi I was badly mistaken, this tool is equally good for blending solids as for foundations, liquid concealers, cream blushes and much more.

Review:

The beauty blender is renowned for its egg shaped design and bright pink colour (it comes in other colours as well, but the original is bright pink). The difference between the beauty blender and other beauty applicators is the apparent difference that you see as soon as you first pick it up.So lets get straight to its Pros and Cons without any further delay.

Pros:

As it is a reusable sponge it lasts a few months, as long as you keep it clean and take care of it.The texture of the sponge is so soft that even a slight touch causes it to indent.Where other applicators can have a splotchy or streaky application, the BB's coverage looks surprisingly natural and uniform but there's a certain way to use this tool that is by dampening the sponge prior to the application. It's latex free and non-allergic plus you can blend in hard to reach areas.

Cons:

The tool isn't cheap and retails at $20. You have to be very vigilant about keeping it clean .The sponge holds stains and should probably be cleaned every time you use it and not cleaning it can result in accumulation of fungus on the sponge. It doesn't really work with BB creams or light coverage foundations as it soaks up most of the product.
